At the Cichosz society we set important goals for ourselves and consistently achieve them using the expertise and the available resources. Our success is measured not in terms of financial benefits but rather in terms of quality factors, such as the scale and efficiency of our efforts.
Just imagine how much we can achieve together!
In 2020 we want to create a football field for children so that they could spend time being active outdoors.
An area of 55 acres, a former base of the Agricultural Circles Cooperative, full of shrubs and weeds: this is what the area in Cichostów, right next to the main road, looks like. We think this is the perfect place for a football field which we don’t have in our village. However, to create one we need financial help. Your help!
Dear donors!
In order to achieve our goal, we need around PLN 4 000.00.
Any funds we receive will be spent on:
- removing bushes from the land
- adding more earth to the area
- purchasing and sowing grass
- purchasing sporting equipment
- the official opening ceremony
We have managed to collect 15% of the necessary amount but we still don’t have enough to achieve our goal.
This is why we are asking people of good will and generous heart for help[MP1] . Even the smallest amount will help us a great deal.

PS: Building the football field is only one component of SKR (Art-Culture-Development) project which we want to implement. In an old barn situated on the site we are planning to create a summer cultural centre intended for exhibitions, film screenings, picnics and a place for raising environmental awareness. We also want to create a Remembrance Chamber to have the history of Cichostów at our fingertips.
